Terms

What these terms are

These are the short terms for Quiett, an iOS app and the site at quiett.app, from Ross Duris. They say what the app is, who bills a subscription, and what Quiett is not. Signing in is optional. You can sign in with Apple from Profile. That keeps your subscription linked to your account.

The app

Quiett is a morning app. An alarm rings. The front camera checks that you are upright, still, in enough light, and facing the phone. Then the alarm fades into about two minutes of tones and ambient sound. The app also keeps a streak and a wake-up intention.

Apple's license

You download Quiett from Apple. Apple's standard license for App Store apps governs that download. It is at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

If these terms and Apple's license disagree about the download or an App Store purchase, Apple's license controls that part.

Subscriptions

Using Quiett requires a Quiett Premium subscription. It starts with a 3-day free trial if you are eligible. When the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Quiett does not receive your payment card number. The price and the length of a plan are shown by Apple before you confirm.

No medical advice

Quiett is not a medical device. It does not provide medical, mental-health, or therapeutic advice. Those two minutes are a morning routine, not treatment. If you need medical help, talk to a qualified professional or contact local emergency services.

The alarm

You choose the alarm time and whether it is on. Quiett is a tool for a morning routine. It is not a promise that you will wake. Do not rely on it for anything where missing an alarm would cause harm.

This website

The pages on quiett.app describe the app. The App Store button is labeled coming soon until a real listing exists. It is not a download link.

Changes

These terms can be updated by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above.
