iOS only
Quiett is an iPhone app. Signing in with Apple is optional. It keeps your subscription linked to your account.
An iPhone alarm that keeps going until you are up and still. Prop the phone, face it, and the front camera checks that on the device. Then the alarm fades into two calm minutes of the sound you chose.
iOS only. The App Store listing is not up yet, so this is not a download link.

Until you are still
The wake-up alarm rings until you are up and still.
Two minutes
The sound after that is a fixed two minutes.
On the iPhone
The camera check stays on the phone. Video never leaves it.
Free for 3 days
Quiett Premium starts with a 3-day free trial through the App Store.
The same three steps the app shows you before the first morning.
Step 1
Set a time and the days it should ring. It keeps going until you are up.
Step 2
Prop the phone and face it. The front camera sees that you are upright, still, and facing it. That check happens on the iPhone. Video never leaves it.
Step 3
The alarm fades into the sound you chose. Tones and ambient tracks are two minutes. Then the morning is yours.

Library is where you choose what plays for those two minutes. Tones and music, or ambient: rain, crickets, and the rest. Tap one to hear it. The full sound library comes with Quiett Premium. It starts with a 3-day free trial, billed by Apple.
Home keeps the wake-up alarm and the two-minute sound as separate choices. The alarm rings until you are still. The library track is what follows.

Profile keeps the streak and a calendar of the month. Each morning you unlock fills in a day. The first morning starts the streak. The intention is a short line you write for yourself, the reason you are getting up. You can change it from Home. Milestones add badges as your streak grows.

Home shows them as two steps. The wake-up alarm rings until you are still. After that, the sound you picked in the library plays for two minutes. One is the alarm. The other is the short morning sound.
The morning check uses the front camera. Quiett asks you to allow it. The check happens on your iPhone, and video never leaves it. If you skip it, you can turn the camera on later in iPhone Settings, under Quiett.
When you finish the morning, that day fills in on the calendar as unlocked. Your first morning starts the streak. Unlocked is not a purchase. The app and the full library come with Quiett Premium, which starts with a 3-day free trial and is billed by Apple.
